Our 3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom home is located within The Gated Community of The Hamlets. This quiet community is just 10 minutes from the magic of Disney World and excitment of Universal Studios! The villa is also within easy walking distance of nearby restaurants.

The rear of our three bedroom villa overlooks a conservation area and a lake. The pool is not overlooked by our neighbours.

The master bedroom has a large KING bed ,side tables with lamps on ,cable tv and clock/radio and ceiling fan, Also a large easy chair. Leading from the bedroom we have a en-suite with bath, his and hers vanity unit also hairdrier, a walk in wardrobe and a seperate toilet, a large bright room... larger than most.

The second bedroom comprises of a queen size bed, side tables with table lights, cable tv also clock/radio with walkin wardrobes and beautifully furnished, ceiling fan.

The third bedroom comprises of twin beds with side table and a table light, a lovely sunny room and walkin in wardrobe. The room also benefits from having cable tv, clock/radio, ceiling fan and is furnished to a high standard. Also a night light for children if needed.

Second bathroom has a full bath, shower and toilet.

The half bathroom has a seperate toilet and vanity unit. This room is is for the use of all our guest so there is no intrusion on other bathrooms. Handy for little ones coming from the pool.

The games room boasts a variety of games such as foosball, air hockey, pool table, electronic darts board and mini golf we have a table and chairs to play cards or games on.
